General Information

Here at Hurricane Fenders, we aim to dispatch all our orders within 1-2 working days from the date of the order being purchased (10am cut-off). Our dispatch times are slightly altered concerning personalised products, Items are dispatched within 5 days after approval and will be sent out on a standard delivery 2-3 days unless you have paid to for 24-hours delivery.

In the rare occasion that we don’t offer the colour you require; you can contact our sales team to enquire about bespoke colours that meet your requirements. Additionally, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, a member of our team will contact you to inform you of any slight delays to production or delivery.

Our operational hours are: Monday – Thursday (08:00 – 17:00) & Friday (08:00 – 13:00). As such, we don’t dispatch orders over the weekend. Orders placed after 10am Friday will not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest.

All orders dispatched using our courier services will require a signature from a recipient of the delivery address.


We are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best products on the market. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


We offer our customers a 30 day returns policy.


Goods can be returned if they are unused and remain in perfect condition for re-sale. Returned goods will be inspected and if goods are determined to be used or defective then no refund will be granted and a further charge will be issued to re-post your order.

Due to the nature of bespoke fenders, after you have approved the personalised template, no changes or refund can be warranted. A refund will only be granted in the rare occasion that fenders appear defective, faulty and /or don’t match the approved template.

To ensure your return request is processed quickly we advise that all returns contain your ‘name’ and ‘order number’ inside the box.


Faulty Products


If you believe that the goods you have received are defective or faulty then we advise that you get in contact with our team as soon as possible. We are available on 01294 278091 or Email us at info@plasticmouldings.com.


When returning faulty goods to us, we recommend that you also include a description of the fault as this will provide our inspection team with a better understanding of the defect and we can process your return quickly.
